We celebrated the wonderful work of the board of Hospice Whitby – Roger Anderson House, represented by Joyce Marshall, at our service on Feb 2nd, 2025. This service helped us better understand the impact that hospice care has on the lives of families navigating challenging times. We were provided with a virtual tour of the Oak Ridges Hospice and we listened to the experiences of hospice care from Rotarian Peter Spratt and his niece Lauren Spratt. It was a time of learning and appreciation. There was also hope for the future of Hospice Whitby. The board of Hospice Whitby will continued to champion the cause of quality care and support for all of Durham’s residents.
