What We Believe

At St. Andrew’s, we hold to the teachings of the Presbyterian Church in Canada and are rooted in the Reformed tradition. We believe in the authority of the Bible as God’s inspired word and the importance of living out our faith in practical ways. Our core beliefs include:

  • The Love of God: We believe that God loves all people unconditionally and invites us into a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.
  • Grace and Salvation: We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received through faith in Jesus Christ, not by our own efforts.
  • The Power of Community: We believe that the church is a family—a place where believers come together to encourage one another, worship God, and grow in faith.
  • Service and Mission: We are called to serve our local community and the world, sharing the love of Christ through our actions, both individually and as a congregation.
